Villa Frantzén is a modern Nordic restaurant located in a 400 sqm villa in central Bangkok, serving a set menu with several options for the guests. Villa Frantzén is Björn Frantzén’s vision of bringing Nordic cuisine with Asian influences to Thailand under the expert helm of Executive Chef Martin Enström. Björn Frantzén is a chef, restaurateur and former Swedish footballer known for Frantzén, his three Michelin-star restaurant in Sweden.

Villa Frantzén interiors feature a massive open kitchen next to the dining area, and decorating elements, like Morakniv knives handpainted by Pernilla Nordman and handmade ceramics from Calle Forsberg. The casual dining feeling offersspace for 60 guests and three private dining areas, as well as an outdoor patio and a separate Nordic bar.

Beyond the 5-course menu, Villa Frantzén serves classic Frantzén poached Oyster 63.4C with smoked cream, finger lime and seabuckthorn oil.

Before dinner patrons can try the signature Nordic-inspired cocktails or the famous, Swedish hot shots. Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar welcomes walk-in guests every day from 5pm.
