Taking over the river-facing dining room at the heart of Capella Bangkok, the Michelin-starred Côte by Mauro Colagreco transports diners from Bangkok’s enchanting riverside district to the French and Italian Riviera. 

With elegant, light-drenched interiors and panoramic views of the glittering Chao Phraya River, the restaurant delivers dishes of refined simplicity and ingredient-driven preparations conceptualized by renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco, whose three -Michelin-starred restaurant in France, Mirazur, claimed the first place in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards” in 2019. Helming the kitchen is Chef Davide Garavaglia who translates Chef Mauro Colagreco’s culinary philosophy and sustainability practices while embracing the colors, textures, and tastes of Thailand’s local produce for captivating cross-border flavor profiles.

Elegant and bright, the restaurant is decked out with light wood furniture with a blend of cream and light gray palette, reminiscent of an intimate dining room found along the coast of Cote d'Azur. The floor-to-ceiling window allows guests to be mesmerized in the magnificent view of Capella Bangkok's lush greenery and the meandering Chao Phraya River.

With the concept of the ‘Riviera to the River’, Côte invites guests to celebrate the flavours of the French and Italian Riviera by the banks of the Chao Phraya. Côte’s refine menu embraces seasons, colours, textures and flavours, as it takes its inspiration from two of the world’s desired destinations. Produce is sourced day by day, where guests can enjoy a personal dining narrative, highlighted in a nightly nine-course ‘Carte Blanche’ menu. All dishes at Côte will be uniquely designed for the restaurant while adopting the philosophy of Mirazur. Meanwhile, Thai ingredients and techniques are infused into the dishes to create unique experiences.

The culinary team of Davide Garavaglia, Marc Vasseur and Thibaud Charlemarty ensure the gastronomic experience at Côte Bangkok is perfectly complemented by immaculate and thoughtful details throughout.

Following stints at D’O under Chef Davide Oldani in Milan and at Sketch under Chef Pierre Gagnaire in London, Chef Davide then joined Mauro Colagreco’s Mirazur in 2015 where he was instrumental in the restaurant’s recent 3 Michelin star achievement as well as the climb to rank 1st in “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. At Côte by Mauro Colagreco, Chef Davide leads the kitchen as Executive Chef, offering the exquisite flavors of the French and Italian Riviera with a touch of local ingredients. He was also the recipient of “the MICHELIN Young Chef Award” in The Michelin Guide Thailand 2023.
