Born and raised amidst the fertile bounty of France's Loire Valley, Chef Vincent Thierry's culinary journey began early. Surrounded by fresh produce and a deep-rooted appreciation for good food, he honed his skills over 35 years in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens. His dedication to precision and meticulous attention to detail is evident in every dish, showcasing the finest ingredients and his signature focus on contemporary French cuisine with simplicity and taste.
