OVERVIEW
The eye-catching oval ceiling at the center of the restaurant is connecting the open kitchen space through five black pillars. The contrast of the black color and the traditional relief on the pillars present a fine balance of lightness and heaviness, with the symmetry and overall color scheme reminiscent of Milano’s La Scala Opera Theater interiors. A bar and grand wine cellar with over 300 wines from all over the world cover an entire wall. The private dining room is set off from the main dining area by translucent screens, offers privacy and coziness.

Chef Eugenio Cannoni, a Monferrato native whose passion for cooking is heavily influenced by northern Italian cuisine. He serves exceptional 7 and 5 courses Gastronomic Journey menus as well as an Vegetarian menu. His tasting menus include Sgombro Mackerel (smoked Scamorza cheese, caviar), Lumache E Zafferano (escargot, leeks, saffron) and his famous Piccione E Campari (pigeon, foie gras, campari). Patrons return to La Scala for Eugenio’s Aragosta, Cipolle E Tartufo (lobster, onions, black truffle).
