At Chef’s Table, high-end dining reaches new heights and not only because it’s located 61 floors above the Thai capital’s streets at the world’s first luxury vertical destination. The restaurant has panoramic views through its floor to ceiling windows and the 46-seat restaurant is one of the few open kitchen concepts where the kitchen is located in the center of the dining room.

Chef’s Table is the latest addition to the “Luxury Vertical Destination” by lebua is located on a building already well-known for the world’s highest open-air bar. Helmed by France born chef Vincent Thierry, who led Caprice at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong to three Michelin stars, feature elegant French cuisine served in an interactive atmosphere. The Chef comes to the table introducing himself with his homemade salty butter. Every elegant touch carefully carried up to the sky for diners to enjoy.

Crab Tiramisu, Brittany Lobster and Green Pea and the Challan Duck. All the cheeses imported weekly from France.

Central to the space concept and the show-stopping interior with its colour palette of taupe, cream and champagne-bronze – coupled with the twinkling city lights below –glows warmly and ensures a perfect ambience. The interior space is beautifully designed and diners are able to see each dish being prepared right in front of them.

The chefs and service brigade are excellent. Professional, very attentive waiters, deliver courses promptly enhancing a flawless dining experience.

This fine-dining menu changes constantly to reflect seasonal changes. Chef Thierry’s main focus is sourcing quality ingredients from France and the local area, including chocolate from Chiang Mai and cream for house-made butter from Khao Yai. The menu at Chef’s Table includes Flat Oyster, Caviar Imperial de Sologne, Crayfish and Sweetbread Provencal Ravioli, Light Shellfish Emulsion, Green Apple Jelly, King Crab Tiramisu, Marinaded Tandoori Fruits, Creamy Dark Chocolate, Caramelized Pecan Nuts Praline, Whisky Ice Cream and much more. Both the vegetarian and non-veggie courses are extraordinary. The attention to the smallest detail and ingredients both in taste and presentation makes for a satisfying meal and high-end dining experience. Wine sommeliers professionally suggest pairings with French selections such as Rose de Pinot Noir, Henri Bourgeois along with blends from Italy, Australia and California.
