Siam Supper Club is located in the heart of Laguna, one of Phuket’s most affluent area. Since 1991, the Siam Supper Club continues to attract visitors from around the world because of its unassuming setting and hush-hush atmosphere.

OVERVIEW
The Siam supper club was founded in 1991 making it one of the oldest restaurants in Phuket, It has a feel of walking back in time when walking into the restaurant, with a live jazz band playing.

AMBIENCE
The owners of the restaurant recently modernized the venue while keeping its charms and vintage atmosphere intact. A celebration of The Siam Supper Club’s history of more than two decades. Black-and-white photographs of jazz greats, musicians, and movie stars cover every inch of the venue, inviting you on a journey through history as you dine.

FOOD
Siam Supper club offers a classic New York steak house menu that showcases the best products available each day. The restaurant’s blackboard specials change daily and follow the seasonal local produce. Siam Supper Club also feature a raw bar with oysters on the half shell and many other Fruits de Mer. Seasonal offerings change throughout the year and are complemented by a wine cellar with over 500 labels.

The food at Siam Supper Club is wholesome, honest and inviting. The menu has its roots from a traditional New York steak house with classic French bistro techniques. Chef Dave believes in working closely with local farmers, fishermen & purveyors to bring the best produce into the restaurant. He also believes that it’s his responsibility to pass on his knowledge to the next generation of young cooks, teaching the correct way to prepare the ingredients.

For Chef Dave, flavor is the most important point when deciding what goes on the menu which ranges from the raw bar offering European and American shellfish, seasonal salads sourced from local farms, freshly baked in house bread, top quality Australian Wagyu char grilled steaks, free range roasted chicken and classic desserts such as Baked Alaska, lemon tart, creme caramel.

One of the patrons favorite is the roasted Klong Phai Farms chicken. The humble chicken is elevated by the technique used. The chicken comes to whole, it is then brined for 24 hours in a lemon, Chiang Mai honey & thyme brine. Then dried for another 24 hours, before being roasted on the bone.
