Chef Luigi Troise, born in Naples, Italy, has over 14 years of experience in five star kitchens across Italy, the UK, Switzerland, Korea and Hong Kong. Before joining Red Sauce, he was part of the pre-opening team of BluHouse at Rosewood Hong Kong. At Red Sauce he brings his passion for authentic Italian cooking traditions and classical flavours.
