Julien Burbaud is a French chef known for his refined and creative approach to modern gastronomy. After training in some of France’s most prestigious kitchens, including Joël Robuchon’s 2-star “La Table de Joël Robuchon” in Paris and contributing to the opening of L’Atelier Robuchon in London, he quickly rose through the ranks.
Finalist on Top Chef France (2012) and contender on Iron Chef Thailand (2025), Julien is recognized for blending French culinary excellence with Asian inspirations. He has cooked around the world, from France to England, Belgium, Japan, Mexico, China and Thailand, bringing a global sensibility to every dish.
Now based in Phuket, he is the Executive Chef of Little Paris, where he expresses his signature style: elegant, flavorful, and visually striking cuisine.
