Drawing inspiration from the rich maritime heritage of Urak Lawoi sea nomads of Southern Thailand, LAWOI' celebrates the bounty of Thai waters through refined culinary craftmanship. The concept harmoniously combines exceptional local seafood, modern cooking techniques, and the social traditions of Japanese sake culture, offering guests a distinctive dining journey that is both deeply rooted in Thai coastal traditions.

Premium grouper sourced directly from local fishermen in the Andaman Sea and delivered fresh from the ocean to our kitchen. /the fish is handled using modern Japanese techniques to enhance its natural texture, resulting in translucent, firm and delicately crisp flesh with exceptional purity and no unwanted fishiness. Grilled over aromatic longan wood and gently smoked to impart a subtle depth of flavor, the grouper is served with a rich lemon Butter sauce and accompanied by our signature Thai seafood dipping sauces, creating a harmonious balance of smokiness, richness, and vibrant coastal flavors.
