Chef Takashi Sasaki was born into a family of chefs and began cooking from a young age under the guidance of his grandfather and father in Iwate, Japan. After graduating from Abeno Tsuji in Osaka, he gained 17 years of experience in Japan before opening his own restaurant in Bangkok, where he showcases the natural flavours of Japanese cuisine through his creative dishes.
