Juk Sun Chae is the first Korean fine dining restaurant in Bangkok. The minimalistic design reflects the materials, wood and stone, used in traditional Korean buildings. Chef Henry Lee serves traditional Korean dishes with modern creativity.

Juk Sun Chae is located in the secluded neighborhood of Ruamrudee, in a small Soi with many great restaurants and vibrant communities. Easily accessible by car and easy walking distance from the BTS station.

AMBIENCE
Juk Sun Chae has a 16 seater spacious counter bar and a private dining room for 12 . It also offers a fully functioning bar serving some of finest Korean liquors and whiskies. The restaurant is designed with a minimalistic mindset. The owner wanted to reflect the wood and stone used in many traditional Korean buildings while still providing customers with a spacious seating area that is not as intimidating as a typical Japanese Omakase restaurant.

MUST TRY:
Seong-Gye-Al Bibimbap, Uni Bibibamp served with caviar, homemade red and white kimchi along with a house made rice puff.

FOOD
The cuisine is Modern Korean with an emphasis on representing Korean traditional and modern dishes in a more flamboyant and delicious manner. Juksunchae serves popular Korean dishes, creativily prepared and plated giving them an elegant twist.  Each dish is carefully crafted to highlight the unique flavors and textures of Korean cuisine. Some of the favorite dishes served are: Uni Bibibamp, Foie gras with five textures of chestnut, Lobster Jook (Lobster porridge), Lobster Jang (Marinated Lobster).
