Jim Thompson, A Thai Restaurant, has undergone a vibrant transformation, aiming to become a cornerstone of contemporary Thai cuisine with its creative menu offering an inventive twist to classic flavors through an enticing à la carte menu. On the second floor, The O.S.S. Bar is situated directly above the restaurant and is a seamless fusion of old-world charm and modern vibes. Its speakeasy ambiance, a blend of retro chic and contemporary elegance, provides an atmospheric setting for evening gatherings and relaxed get-togethers fuelled by perfectly crafted cocktails.

By day, this space transforms into The O.S.S. Room, a serene setting that overlooks a koi pond and the rich foliage of Jim’s garden making it an ideal backdrop for afternoon tea. Completing the F&B offerings is The Moonlight Hall, perfect for grander occasions, combining state-of-the-art technology in a setting that exudes authentic Thai charm, ideal for corporate events, weddings, and private gatherings. Not to be overlooked, Jim’s Terrace presents an array of tapas complemented by a curated beer and wine list. Meanwhile, Silk Café offers a more casual vibe, serving sandwiches alongside hot and cold beverages in a spirited, al fresco setting.

Over 70 exclusive Jim Thompson Home Furnishings fabrics extend throughout the entire F&B wing. The overall design, marrying modernity and tradition, draws from Thailand's cultural heritage, using elements from Jim Thompson's house – from the astrological paintings to motifs carved on wooden cabinets in Thompson’s house – to tell a story. Guests can enjoy casual lunches by the serene koi pond and garden, ideal for museum-goers at the outdoor terrace, or immerse themselves in an evening of innovative Thai dishes paired with a curated wine selection. While the main dining area offers an expansive embrace, exclusivity is yours in the private dining room.

1. Mieng Kham Iberico - Mieng Kham’ translates as ‘eating many things in one bite,’ perfectly describing the explosion of flavors in this dish. Organic Doi Tung black pork, Koh Panyi’s shrimp, pickled chili peppers, and veggies.

2. Inky Pad Thai - Introducing a unique take on a well-known Thai favorite - Squid Ink Pad Thai, served with deep-fried squid, Thai chorizo sausages, and pickles. Enjoy this classic Thai dish, reinterpreted by our culinary team.

3. Jasmine Wagyu - Premium Isan Local Jasmine Wagyu Striploin beef, marinated in Chef’s Thai secret sauce, full of aroma and taste, is grilled with khao kua. It’s served on the side with a seasonal Chiang Mai fruit and herbal salad, accompanied by coconut mint Nahm Jim seafood.

4. Jim's Favorite Chu Chee - Chu Chee curry is a traditional Thai curry known for its creamy texture and vibrant flavors. We serve it with crispy deep-fried seasonal fish, enveloped in this fantastic curry sauce, enhanced by salted pineapple and aromatic curry leaves.

5. Phuang Malai - "Phuang Malai" evokes the beauty of jasmine flower garlands, often seen adorning ceremonies in Thailand. The dessert offers a super refreshing experience, featuring pandan granita paired with seasonal fruit and mandarin sorbet for a sweet and refreshing treat reminiscent of Thai floral celebrations.
