Eat Me is an award-winning restaurant in Bangkok known for its Modern-International-Regional fusion food, and arty-cool vibes and includes and art gallery.

PROFILE
The restaurant is a deliciously hidden oasis of cool ambiance, diligent service and taste dynamics. A casual yet sophisticated atmosphere, excellent cocktails, a handsome wine list with tasty fresh foods make it a places to dine.

MUST TRY: Carabinero Prawn Risotto, Pan seared Bluefoot Mushrooms, Charred Hamachi Collar and the “giant” Australian Wagyu Tomahawk for 3-4 diners to share.

AMBIENCE
Eat Me has cool, laid-back vibes, attracting large crowd both local and international alike. The sultry interiors and walls decorated with provocative artworks might not be ideal for minors. Know where to sit when you are with kids. Aside the alluring, dimly-lit dining room on the second floor, where tables are set in beige tablecloth and luxurious tableware or you can choose to sit outdoors by the balcony surrounded by the green environment.

FOOD
The American born Chef Tim Butler’s kitchen exhibits genuine creativity in the kitchen, fusing influences from around the world. The menu comprise of wonderful combination such as yuzu and pancetta, Alaskan scallops with avocado, toasted coconut and betel leaf while a chicken salad is upgraded with the help of red papaya, even though they are quite pricey. There are also simple classic dishes such as black truffle and Parmesan risotto and papardelle with rabbit ragù. For sweet ending, do not skip the “Sticky date pudding” in hot butterscotch sauce with vanilla ice cream – so good that you might find yourself licking off the last bit off the plate. Eat Me takes their drinks very seriously, from craft beer on tap to bold cocktails such as “Laarb Mootini”; a vodka at play with Thai herbs and spices with Serrano ham, not to mention their extensive well-sourced wine selections for you to choose from.

SUMMARY
The restaurant can be crowded especially at night as it’s known as a late night dinner spot for couples. Aside quite expensive prices, Eat Me offers a memorable dining experience. Parking is difficult to find.
