OVERVIEW

Inspired by Antoni Gaudí’s whimsical world, surrounded by trencadís mosaics and wrought iron art. Our vision was simple yet powerful — to bring the warmth of Catalan hospitality and the rich flavours of traditional Catalan cuisine to Bangkok, which they have been doing since 11 September of 2014 until now.

FOOD

Paella: Our Paella in Catalunya brings together the essence of Mediterranean cooking – rice infused with saffron, fresh seafood, tender meats, and seasonal vegetables, all simmered slowly to create rich, layered flavours.

Fuet: A beloved Catalan cured sausage, fuet is made from finely minced pork seasoned with salt, pepper, and spices, then left to cure in a natural casing until it forms its signature white mould.

Ous Trencats: A rustic Catalan comfort dish made with golden fried potatoes, topped with softly cooked eggs that are "broken" right before serving — mixing into the dish to create a creamy, rich texture.

Botifarra amb Seques: A rustic staple of Catalan cuisine, this dish brings together the hearty flavours of grilled botifarra—a traditional Catalan pork sausage—and creamy white seques (beans).

Txistorra: Though originally from the Basque Country and Navarra, txistorra has become a cherished staple in Catalan kitchens.

Canelons: A true Catalan family classic, canelons are pasta tubes filled with a rich mixture of meat, vegetables, béchamel, and cheese, baked to golden perfection.

Crema Catalana: One of Catalunya’s most famous desserts. Made with a base of milk, eggs and sugar, and the addition of vanilla and cinnamon makes for a cream which encompasses your palate in flavour.
