He leads kitchen operations and oversees cost management to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high- quality standards. In addition to his culinary leadership, he plays a key role in financial management and staff development as an internal trainer. His professional involvement extends to judging culinary competitions, undergoing international judge training, and representing Kuching on global culinary platforms, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and industry development.
