ABOUT CHEF

The signature recipes of Life Cafe are inspired by the culinary passion and experience of one of its owners, Lucas Yong. He graduated from Stamford College School of Culinary Arts in 1991, before returning to Kuching to complete a six-month internship at Hilton Kuching, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in culinary operations and hospitality management. In 1999, together with his partners, he acquired Life Cafe and has since continued to develop the brand with its own distinctive flavours, recipes, and café culture.
