SUMMARY
This concept makes each dishes tell stories with scientific panache. There are many conventional dishes vegetarian options but Masala library is not consistent. A number of dishes’ creativity tips over into gimmickry and a few with the brilliant concept falters in execution. The food is good and very expensive to dine here.
