AKKEE is where dining becomes an immersive journey into the source of the food itself.
OVERVIEW
AKKEE is not just a restaurant, we are situated on a piece of lush green land, with an edible garden, a chicken coop, a bees farm, an insect rearing room and gallery. We have a main dining area with big clear windows which allow our guests to see into the working kitchen, a bar area and also private dining area.
AMBIENCE
A warm, wooden Thai-style space with soft, dim lighting and an inviting, cozy atmosphere.

FOOD
AKKEE’s menu feature many dishes inspired by old recipes from books written and published dating back to the reign of Rama 5.
Thai wafer topped with chicken curry. Roasted Free range chicken with sugar-cane served with burnt tomato relish. Stir-fried river prawns with vermicelli, shrimp paste, stink beans, climbing watter and pickle garlic.
The menu is built around locally grown produce, thoughtfully sourced from small farmers and local producers.

Sittikorn “Au” Chantop is the chef-owner of AKKEE, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Nonthaburi. Inspired by ancient Thai recipes, he champions traditional wood-fired cooking, biodiversity, and locally sourced ingredients to preserve Thailand’s rich culinary heritage.
