Your Roadmap to the TOP25: Official 2026 Timeline

Phase 1: Submissions & Early Visibility (January - June)

• From January 1, 2026: Submissions Officially Open
This is the date to start! You can begin creating your individual restaurant pages. Get your story, visuals, and key info ready to showcase your culinary excellence.
• April 15, 2026: Premium Package Evolution
We are expanding our Premium Benefits and updating our pricing on this date. Review your package options to maximize your restaurant's visibility throughout the entire awards season and across the Travelindex ecosystem.
• June 15, 2026: Submissions Close (Absolute Deadline)
This is your final opportunity. All submissions must be complete. Absolutely no late entries can be accepted after this date. Submit early to avoid last-minute issues.

Phase 2: Evaluation & Scoring (June - September)

• June 16 – July 14, 2026: Content Evaluation (Public data ingestion period).
• July 15 – August 7, 2026: Nominee Shortlisting (Our first layer of AI-driven scoring begins).
• August 8, 2026: Nominees Announced
Individual nominee notifications are sent out. Check your inbox!
• August 9 – September 7, 2026: Evaluation Period (Final scoring and expert calibration).

Phase 3: The Spotlight & Grand Finale (September - October)

• September 8, 2026: Finalists Announced
The top finalists are publicly announced to the world.
• September 8 – October 18, 2026: Finalist Promotion
A major period of amplified media and social media coverage begins. This is your chance to leverage the recognition and prepare your PR plan!
• October 19, 2026: The Awards Ceremony
The grand finale! A live event for the formal announcement of the TOP25 Winners and Special Awards. Mark your calendar to attend the biggest night in Thai gastronomy.
