Chef Saurabh Sachdeva serves as the Executive Chef at Tambu Phuket. His culinary passion has driven him to this vibrant location, where he continually experiments with traditional preparations, infusing them with a modern twist. At Tambu Phuket, he has orchestrated exciting food promotions, such as regional cuisine pop-ups, bringing diverse culinary experiences to diners.

With an impressive career spanning 20 years across India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Thailand, Chef Saurabh has honed his skills in luxury hotels, standalone restaurants, and Michelin-starred kitchens. Having spent over a decade in Thailand, he considers it his second home. Chef Saurabh’s favorite cuisine is Indian, which he regards as the most beautiful and vibrant cuisine in the world. His expertise and passion for Indian cuisine led him to victory in the Iron Chef Thailand battle in July 2019, where he defeated the in-house chef. He is also one of the youngest chefs to win the title of Master Chef North Indian Cuisine at the 10th Annual Chef Awards by the Indian Culinary Forum in 2013.
