AMBIENCE
Restaurant OMEMO boasts a uniquely designed dining space, adorned with captivating decor and circular windows. Dining areas present stunning views of lush tropical gardens and the lotus pond-shaped arrangement of the boutique villas. The interior is designed for intimacy, with dimly lit tables to highlight the food. A prominent feature is its impressive open kitchen, which includes a contemporary black stainless steel chef's counter which invites guests on all tables to watch the meticulous preparation of their dishes.
MUST TRY
Must try dishes include a selection of house-cured tuna salami and a refined version of a traditional Swiss sausage & cheese salad prepared in one flavorful bite. Already a signature dish are the truffled duck egg spätzle with Swiss cheese fondue, which many guests have called "spectacular".

Inspired by recipes of Chef Yannick's grandmother, he elevates Swiss classics with the use of premium ingredients, modern techniques and asian lightness. Dishes are prepared mindfully creative with focus on recognizable flavors and preserving authenticity of Swiss culinary traditions.
The tasting menu showcases modern Swiss cuisine, with options for 3, 5 or 9-sequence tasting menus. Aswell as an independent A La Carte Menu with refined Swiss classics such as cordon bleu, braised beef cheeks & more.

ABOUT CHEF
Yannick's culinary career is marked by dedication and creativity. As a Culinary World Champion with the Swiss Culinary Junior National Team, he has distinguished himself in prestigious European kitchens from 1-3 Michelin Stars before relocating to Thailand. Within six years in the Kingdom, he successfully elevated a French restaurant in Patong to a celebrated dining establishment listed in the MICHELIN GUIDE. Among various other accolades, Yannick also earned the Gault Millau Switzerland “Swiss Star Abroad 2024” award, becoming the first Swiss chef from Thailand to receive this distinction. Chef Yannick is now making his comeback as Partner Chef and founder of OMEMO. With the opening of his first solo venture he will continue to impress diners as rising star chef on Phuket.
