ABOUT CHEF
Chef Giordano began his passion for cooking in his hometown of Amelia, Italy. He started his career as a prep chef in a local hotel in Umbria, where he developed his foundation in traditional Italian cuisine. Over the years, he worked in several European cities, learning about different cultures and understanding what guests appreciate most about authentic Italian recipes.
In 2006, he moved to Thailand and became the owner of a small Italian restaurant in Phuket. His international experience also includes working in London at a Michelin-starred restaurant, where he refined his culinary techniques and creativity.
