JAMPA’s concept is farm-to-fork based, serving creative food with a menu of sophisticated, tasty, and nutritious dishes that change daily, based on what the local sea and land have to offer.
OVERVIEW
JAMPA invites guests to an inspired culinary journey nestled within the sustainable, wellness-centred community of Tri Vananda on the north coast of Phuket. Located just 15 to 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The restaurant embraces a seasonal, sustainable approach, using produce from local farmers, fishermen and its own garden, prepared with clean flavors and wood-fire techniques.
At JAMPA, the focus is on seasonality, sustainability and the pure flavour of fresh local ingredients. The kitchen sources directly from trusted farmers, fishermen and garden plots, embracing the island’s bounty with creativity and integrity. Guests can expect thoughtfully crafted dishes with clean, expressive flavours, served in a setting that balances modern refinement with relaxed coastal warmth.
JAMPA offers two unique dining experiences. The first is regular dining at JAMPA Restaurant, located in the Tri Vananda community building, featuring a bright open design with garden and lake views. The second is HiDEAWAY by JAMPA, a special farm-to-table lunch held every Saturday in an open-air setting by the lake at Pru Jampa farm. This weekly experience brings guests even closer to the source, showcasing ingredients cooked simply, naturally and with minimal waste.
Together, both experiences reflect JAMPA’s philosophy of honest cooking, sustainability and a deep respect for nature.

JAMPA features a bright, open design with natural wood, soft earth tones and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking gardens and lakes.
