Throughout his career, the chef has exemplified exceptional mastery of the culinary arts.He spent four years managing a renowned steakhouse in Moscow, where he perfected the art of grilling and elevated the steakhouse dining experience to new heights. He later took on a leadership role in Bali, overseeing production and operations for a popular restaurant chain. During his year there, he demonstrated strong managerial skills and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Upon relocating to Thailand, he became the brand chef for the Cocoon Family group, where he helped define the culinary direction and menus for both a fast-casual café and Catch—a fine dining restaurant on Koh Samui celebrated for its curated set menus that blend local ingredients with global influences.
Today, he is the executive chef at ETNA, a fine dining destination where he continues to push creative boundaries and craft unforgettable culinary experiences. His unwavering dedication to excellence, innovation, and detail mirrors the very standards celebrated by Michelin.
