Thanaphat Wimonphan, also known as Chef Kim, was born and raised in Phuket. Inspired from a young age to become a head chef, he pursued culinary arts at Dusit Thani College. With over eight years of training at 5-star Marriott hotels and experience at JW Marriott Austin, Texas, Chef Kim specializes in Italian cuisine.
He now serves as Executive Sous Chef at Eagle Ray, Kora Beach Resort Phuket, bringing his culinary expertise to develop and elevate flavors, with a passion for Asian Modern Fusion, blending traditional Asian tastes with contemporary presentation for elegant and approachable dishes.
