AMBIENCE
The restaurant’s design reflects the island’s coastal charm-light-filled interiors, warm wood tones, and natural textures create a casual, inviting atmosphere. Designed to express Phuket’s heritage, the space blends contemporary elegance with subtle nods to the island’s rich cultural roots. Inspired by the Peranakan influence that defines much of Old Phuket Town, Chao Leh Kitchen features decorative tile patterns that echo the region’s unique Sino-Portuguese architecture.

With a passion for authentic flavors and a solid foundation in culinary leadership, Chef Theerasak Srionnual—known affectionately as Chef Mhen—brings over a decade of experience to his role as Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort.

Chef Mhen began his journey as a Thai Chef at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, where his talent and dedication quickly earned him a promotion to Executive Sous Chef at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. His career continued to grow as he took on Executive Chef roles across well-known hotel brands, refining his expertise in both Thai and international cuisine.

Today, Chef Mhen leads the overall culinary operations of the resort—including the restaurants, bars, beach club, banquet functions, and special events. He plays a key role in menu innovation and quality control, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence across every dining experience.
