As the head chef at Casa Boho Phuket, my passion for Latin American cuisine shines through in every dish, offering an authentic dining experience that’s truly unique in Phuket. I’ve crafted a menu that blends bold, diverse flavors from various Latin countries, showcasing the best of Latin American culinary traditions.

Some dishes perfectly embody this fusion, like my Tiradito Himachi and Pulpo a la Parilla. These creations reflect my experience in both Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine.
