ABOUT CHEF

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luca discovered his passion for cooking at a young age, inspired by an elderly woman of his hometown preparing traditional dishes. This early love for food led him to work in prestigious hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants in Switzerland. He refined his technique at the 2-Michelin-starred Cà d’Oro and Ecco Fine Dining, where he found not only culinary excellence but also a true sense of family and purpose. Chef Luca is driven by a passion for culture, tradition, and the rich stories behind every dish.
