Aulis Phuket opened in December 2023 as a 15-seat chef’s table at the beautiful Iniala Beach House Hotel and as Simon Rogan's first restaurant in Thailand. As with the other Aulis chef’s tables around the world, Aulis Phuket explores and experiments with hyper-local ingredients, developing and perfecting flavors and techniques to create an almost unique experience for the 15 guests at each service.
