Chef Pawares Kulphaichit brings over 25 years of culinary experience that bridges the flavors of East and West. A proud Thai chef who spent more than a decade working in Sydney, Australia, Chef Pawares blends his deep knowledge of traditional Thai cuisine with international techniques and presentation. His cooking style is creative yet authentic, focusing on the freshness of local ingredients and balanced, vibrant flavors.
After returning to Thailand, he has led kitchens in Bangkok and across the country as Head Chef and Executive Chef, combining his passion for Thai ingredients with a modern, global approach. At Hornbill Restaurant, Chef Pawares continues to share his philosophy of honest food; simple, flavorful, and inspired by both his Thai roots and his years abroad.
