With a culinary journey spanning the Middle East, Mexico, and Thailand, Chef Nattapark brings global expertise and a passion for authentic flavors to Koh Samui. His career began humbly as an intern, evolving through challenging roles in world-class kitchens at Banyan Tree Al Wadi (UAE), Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués (Acapulco), and Banyan Tree Mayakoba (Playa del Carmen).

These experiences shaped his resilience, creativity, and leadership.
Returning to Thailand, Chef Nattapark contributed to pre-opening teams at Island Escape Phuket and Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, where he now leads as Executive Chef.
