Kapi Sator was founded out of a deep love for Southern Thai food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentic. We only use locally and sustainably sourced ingredients - Surat Thani oysters, Tapi River prawn, day-boat scallops, wild-caught fish, and free-range chicken and beef. Our curry and paste, rich in flavors and fragrant, are made in our kitchen the same way the islanders have been doing for generations. Every dish that we serve is an expression of our love for food, life, and fine local living on Koh Samui. We first opened our doors as a small family-run restaurant near the Chaweng area. Within a few years, our tiny place has blossomed into a thriving restaurant, well-loved by locals and celebrities alike, with indoor and outdoor seating, and room for families, parties, and even crowds.
