Owner and Executive Chef Anthony “Tony” Burd has long dreamed of creating his own restaurant and showcasing his fresh interpretation of Italian–American cuisine and is thrilled to execute a modern, approachable concept here in Bangkok.

In the open area and kitchen, white linen tables and wooden furniture adorn the decor. A neon Pizza & Pasta sign welcomes you in alongside the wood-fire pizza oven and chefs hand rolling pasta. Tony’s sign, with its red and white tones and white wash walls, is an excellent location for a private dinner or a weekend party.

Expect straightforward, and honest flavors, with a farm-to-table concept in mind. On the menu, using high-quality local and imported ingredients, a mix of classics and modern New York-Italian dishes: Baked Clams, Spaghetti Meatballs, Veal Parmigiana, a combination of comfort, and modern, wood-fired oven pizzas and fresh pasta with a twist Tempt your taste buds with classic American Italian foods like baked clams with scallops, fennel, and a garlic gremolata or spicy meatballs al forno with basil and Parmesan. The wood-fired menu includes plenty of options, including the Bangkok Hot made with spicy nduja, fennel salami, meatballs, and mozzarella cheese, and pickled chilies. Main courses include comfort foods like spaghetti and meatballs, veal Parmigiana made to share, Tender Wagyu Tenderloin, and roasted half-baby chicken paired with garlic gnocchi and spinach.
