OVERVIEW
Sirocco by lebua is a dining experience like no other since its inception, becoming The Dome's first restaurant and the world's highest al fresco restaurant. Connoisseurs flocked to lebua's signature Mediterranean dining venue, and critics hailed it as an exciting new alternative offering fresh Mediterranean cuisine against the backdrop of perhaps the most exhilarating views in the city.
The vision of the restaurant comes to life through the interplay of food, wine, ambiance, and service. Impeccably delivered by an unobtrusive and knowledgeable wait staff, Sirocco by lebua's clean and uncomplicated cuisine is the result of the culinary team's ongoing quest for the best seasonal harvest, often featuring rare ingredients previously unseen in Thailand.
For the proprietors, every dinner at Sirocco by lebua is a culinary journey into Mediterranean cuisine, which has taken some surprising turns as the chef explores his own Mediterranean roots. He tirelessly sources signature ingredients from one of the naturally richest regions on Earth.
AMBIENCE
Sirocco by lebua experience commences well before dinner, as one ascends to the 64th floor and descends the artistically lit stone staircase. Each step brings you closer to the inviting scene below, with the soothing strains of a jazz band resonating through the warm breeze.
To the right, perched on a precipice overlooking the city, you'll find the celebrated Sky Bar by lebua, renowned for some of the city’s most creative cocktails. Among them is the Hangovertini, invented for the cast and crew of The Hangover Part II while filming at Sirocco by lebua and other dramatic locations at lebua.
