Born and raised in Phuket, Chef Earth’s culinary path began not in a kitchen, but on a soul-searching journey across Thailand. Early stints at small Western restaurants and a formative role at Mezzaluna, the two MICHELIN Starred restaurant in Bangkok, shaped his technical finesse.
In 2019, he became the founding Executive Chef at Nitan, a contemporary fine dining restaurant in Phuket. His refined take on Southern Thai cuisine earned him national acclaim, including recognition in Tatler Thailand’s Best Restaurants 2020, a place in the MICHELIN Guide 2021, and victory on Iron Chef Thailand in the Thai Twist category.
Today, Chef Earth leads the kitchen at Saawaan, a MICHELIN-starred restaurant in Bangkok celebrated for its exploration of traditional Thai cooking methods.
