Born and raised in Bangkok in 1993, Chef Arttasit Pattanasatienkul — known to many simply as Chef Big— has become a celebrated figure in Thailand gastronomic scene. As the youngest son in his family, he began his culinary journey at the age of 18, driven by a deep passion for food.In 2023, Chef Big earned national recognition as the winner of Top Chef Thailand, further solidifying his reputation by being listed as one of Tatler’s Rising Star Chefs on 2025
