Mott 32 has landed in Bangkok with creative cocktails, world-famous Peking Duck, and special deals. The chefs utilize the latest in modern and innovative cooking techniques from around the world to create their dishes, which are principally Cantonese with further influences from Beijing and Szechuan.

AMBIENCE
Mott 32 Bangkok takes inspiration both from Chinese history and the living and trading lifestyle along Thailand’s Ayutthaya riverbank in the bygone era. CAP Atelier’s concept combines Mott 32’s interpretation of modern Hong Kong with a visionary interior design that promotes relaxation amid wide-open spaces, with carefully selected accessories, vintage pieces and mural artwork celebrating modern elements as well as Thailand’s enchanting natural beauty. Each private dining room has a different theme: traditional music cultures of China and Thailand, silk trade between Asia and Europe, and teak — a popular material used by both Thai and Chinese artisans to make furniture.

Appreciating Bangkok’s year-round tropical climate, CAP Atelier designers created a canopied open-air terrace with lush greenery and natural-hued outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. A striking island bar, in Mott 32’s signature hexagonal shape, will be the prime spot to enjoy the venue’s cocktail program incorporating a variety of Asian ingredients, and an expertly curated wine list.

FOOD
Mott No.32 has carefully sourced and selected the best ducks to create the most flavorful and perfectly crispy duck. Our Signature 42 day Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck is carved using a unique technique developed by our Culinary Team that locks in all the juices making it a true feast fit for royalty as it was intended. It is served tableside with freshly steamed pancakes, thinly sliced cucumber, scallions, raw cane sugar, and house-made special hoisin sauce; the juicy cucumber will allow a refreshing lift as you bite into the crispy, moist, and smoky duck skin.

Our Barbecue Iberico Pork with Yellow Mountain Honey uses premium ingredients to recreate a Chinese classic. Each cut of pork comes from top-grade Iberian pigs that are raised on a diet of acorns, grass and herbs, giving the meat a soft and succulent quality that is further emphasized by the traditional roasting methods employed by our barbecue chefs. A light glaze of Yellow Mountain Honey is brushed over the pork to finish, adding a final sweet and rich touch.

With a passion for creating and cooking traditional Chinese dishes, Chef Han Long Hua brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our kitchen. His journey in the culinary world began in China before relocating to Bangkok where he has become a prominent figure in the Chinese restaurant industry.

Before joining Mott 32 Bangkok, Chef Long honed his skills at The China House, one of the most recognized Chinese restaurants in town at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. He then took the helm as Chef de Cuisine at the Intercontinental Bangkok, where he oversaw another famous and fine dining Chinese restaurant, Summer Palace. His restaurants have garnered critical acclaim and accolades and it is this expertise he brings to Mott 32 Bangkok to ensure an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
