The fresh and succulent lump meat of crab is first steamed to perfection before they are tossed with a signature black pepper gravy served with a runny egg appam. The Green Peppercorn Fish with pickled beetroot gel, and Prawns cooked in Tender Coconut with kasundi or Calcutta mustard are also good options. JOHL will also surprise you with mischievous and experimental signature concoctions mixed with spirits from local distilleries using local Thai ingredients.
