Inddee is a new fine-dining Indian restaurant located in a 100-year-old house in the heart of Bangkok. At INDDEE, curves are omnipresent, rounding up tables, menus, service stations, tableware, aprons, and even the logo.
OVERVIEW
INDDEE is a modern 1-MICHELIN-Star Indian fine dining restaurant located in a restored century-old house off Langsuan Road in central Bangkok. Its menu invites diners on a journey across India with its three tasting menus and an award-winning beverage and wine program.
AMBIENCE
Creative simplicity is at the core of INDDEE, and it reflects in subtle nuances visible across its ambience and decor. Its arched interior spans two floors, blending eggshell colors with Indian walnut wood, marble, and antique copper. At INDDEE, curves are omnipresent, rounding up tables, menus, service stations, tableware, aprons, and even the logo. Two open kitchens, divided into hot and cold sections, define the bottom floor areas, opening up to two spacious glasshouses and vaulted dining rooms upstairs. Illuminated at night, the house is surrounded by a lush tropical fern garden that is covered in mist.

FOOD
INDDEE’s latest chapter introduces three new journeys with expanded course structure, playful reinventions, refined presentations, and greater guest engagement, while staying rooted in authenticity. All dishes represent thoughtful interpretations of Indian flavours through various techniques and premium ingredients.
Expect a delicate Parsi egg akuri executed with a delicate skill, INDDEE’s favorite butter pepper garlic entirely reimagined with a sweet leg of Hokkaido king crab, and four new bites that express different techniques of Indian street food, to name a few.
A standout feature of the new menu is the “Three Ways” main course that follows the idea of choosing your route. Guests select from three regional directions. Similarly, they will be able to choose their preferred protein for two courses, deciding between palamós and carabineros (only in a 10-destination journey), and free-range organic chicken or grass-fed lamb.
