Haoma Bangkok is a Michelin-starred urban farm restaurant pioneering zero-waste, sustainable Indian cuisine in Sukhumvit.
OVERVIEW
Haoma Bangkok is a Michelin-starred, Green Star restaurant redefining sustainable fine dining in the heart of Sukhumvit. Led by Chef Deepanker Khosla, Haoma is Thailand’s first urban farm and zero-waste restaurant — where rainwater is harvested, fish are raised in aquaponic systems, and over 40 varieties of plants grow on-site. Here, modern Indian cuisine meets Thai terroir in a lush city oasis, offering an experience that’s as conscious as it is luxurious.
AMBIENCE
Haoma Bangkok is a lush urban oasis tucked away in Sukhumvit 31 — a living, breathing restaurant where nature and fine dining coexist. Its décor blends Nordic minimalism with organic warmth, featuring reclaimed wood, earthy tones, and vibrant greenery from its own urban farm. The atmosphere feels intimate yet alive — a sanctuary of sustainability and sophistication where every element, from lighting to layout, echoes Haoma’s ethos: we grow what we cook, we cook what we love.

SERVICE

DK and his team emphasize ‘fun’ dining, rather than ‘fine’ dining by creating a unique new Indian dining experience that’s visceral, sensual, and exciting. The staff team of Haoma was well-trained to be focused in the same direction as the themed restaurant.
