Goji Kitchen + Bar is an international restaurant in Bangkok offering authentic Asian and Western cuisines through lavish buffets and live cooking stations.

OVERVIEW

This is an international restaurant in its truest sense, serving up an extensive selection of authentic cuisines from across Asia, alongside popular Western dishes, with a series of sumptuous buffets and dramatic live cooking stations. This multi-national theme is embodied by the restaurant’s lead chef, Itthi Nitayaporn who had more than 10 years of experience. 

Among this extensive array of culinary choices are a series of specialist dishes, including in the finest grilled meats - including Prime Rib - cooked to perfection on a South American Parrilla grill, ocean-fresh seafood that guests can hand-select from a live counter, and handmade Chinese Dim Sum. At every live cooking station, expert chefs are on hand to ensure that diners receive the freshest dishes, cooked to perfection. 

After dinner, there is a selection of delectable desserts and the finest cheeses, and guests can also relax on the Goji Terrace, an outdoor area overlooking Benjasiri Park. 

Goji Kitchen + Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with extensive buffets presented at all times of day, from 6.00 am to 10 pm. And every weekend, the restaurant showcases its full array of culinary creations to diners at Saturday Lunch & Sunday Brunch. A choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages is also available. 

Light, bright and inviting, Goji Kitchen + Bar can seat 240 diners and overlooks Bangkok’s Benjasiri Park, creating a peaceful and relaxed ambience. These green views reflect in the cuisine itself, which is environmentally-friendly - organic and sourced, wherever possible, from local and sustainable sources. 

The restaurant also features private dining rooms, ideal for group gatherings and special events. For larger groups, the restaurant can be expanded, increasing its capacity to 500 seats. From stylish breakfasts to high-flying lunches, exciting evening buffets to memorable family brunches, Goji Kitchen + Bar has something to suit all tastes and every occasion.

AMBIENCE

The restaurant is designed to be open, airy, and comfortable, accommodating up to 400 guests, with lush views of Benjasiri Park. Guests can enjoy the serene and relaxing garden atmosphere while savoring the restaurant’s cuisine, reflecting the chef’s philosophy of environmentally conscious dining. The space also exudes a warm and inviting feel, with natural brown tones and predominantly wooden materials used throughout the interior.

ABOUT CHEF

The culinary journey of Chef Sorachai Kiangmana, or Chef Sorn as he is better known, started at a young age. Having completed his Bachelor’s degree, he became a member of the service team at Luca’s Restaurant & Wine Bar in Bangkok in 2003, which sparked his love of food and beverage.

The head chef at Luca’s recognized Chef Sorn’s enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and gave him an opportunity to work in the kitchen, where he learned from the other chefs. This was the chance he needed and he embraced the challenge completely.

After several years at Luca’s, Chef Sorn stepped out and started to work in the kitchen of a popular restaurant at Plaza Athenee, the famous five-star hotel in Bangkok which now forms part of Marriott’s Luxury Collection. This stage of his career exposed Chef Sorn to many new cooking techniques and talented chefs from all around the world, including Michelin-starred guest chefs.

In 2017, Chef Sorn decided to push himself further and explore a new path, so he became a freelance chef for a year before moving to Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park to take up the role of Chef de Cuisine at Goji Kitchen + Bar, one of the most popular international buffet restaurants in the city.

With his passion for sustainable produce, Chef Sorn strives to source fresh ingredients directly from local farmers and communities. He combines his expertise, experience and innovation to create truly authentic and exquisite culinary experiences for every diner at Goji Kitchen + Bar.
