Chef Alessio Banchero was born in Genoa (Italy), his passion for food began in his aunt’s kitchen and the city’s bustling harbor, inspiring his love for fresh, coastal flavors. A graduate of the Culinary Institute Nino Bergese, he has honed his craft worldwide, from Genoa’s renowned Zeffirino to acclaimed restaurants across the U.S., Thailand, India, and Mauritius.
