Set within a stunning glasshouse with a lush outdoor terrace overlooking the city, the restaurant is divided into two zones that strike a balance between intimacy and openness. Interior design studio PIA cleverly introduced a series of vertical steel elements — an abstract interpretation of a birdcage nestled within a verdant forest. Bespoke pendant lamps cast a warm, inviting glow that highlights each refined dish, turning your meal into a visual and culinary experience.

Chef Valentin Fouache brings an extraordinary culinary pedigree to his role as Chef de Cuisine at Duet by David Toutain, highlighting his expertise in French gastronomy. He joins The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok, from Blue by Alain Ducasse, where he served as the Chef de Cuisine managing the Michelin-starred kitchen in Bangkok. His career has been marked by stints at prestigious establishments across his native France, including Le Chèvre d'Or (2 Michelin stars), Le Chantecler (2 Michelin stars), Le Meurin (2 Michelin stars), and Alexandre (2 Michelin stars), refining his skills under renowned chefs such as Arnaud Faye, Jean-Denis Rieubland, Louis Gachet, Marc Meurin, and Michel Kayser.
