Casa Lenzi honors tradition with wood-fired cooking and careful dry aging. Using UV-controlled fridges, they refine meats and fish through short maturation, enhancing natural flavor and texture.
OVERVIEW
At Casa Lenzi, our memory is primordial; wood and fire have always been the essence of the kitchen, the grill, and the wood-burning oven are powered only by wood. Our dry agers also allow us to relax our meat or fish in special fridges equipped with UV rays with constant temperature and humidity control. Each type of meat or fish requires different days of maturation, but we believe in short dry ages, which only allow us to improve the texture and taste of the product.

ABOUT CHEF
Born in Pisa, Tuscany, Chef Francesco Lenzi is the Chef-Patron of three acclaimed Bangkok restaurants—Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen, Nonna Nella by Lenzi, and Casa Lenzi. Trained at the prestigious Gambero Rosso culinary school, Francesco has built his reputation on showcasing authentic Tuscan flavors with a refined, contemporary touch.
Lenzi Tuscan Kitchen, his first restaurant and a long-standing fixture in the Michelin Guide, introduced Bangkok to his signature blend of regional authenticity and modern finesse. His menus reflect a true farm-to-table philosophy, with many ingredients sourced directly from his family’s 70-year-old farm in Italy, where heritage-quality meats, cheeses, and produce are cultivated with care.
Nonna Nella by Lenzi pays tribute to his Sicilian grandmother, celebrating simplicity, family tradition, and the warmth of genuine Italian hospitality.
His most recent restaurant, Casa Lenzi—named after the Italian word for “home”—offers an intimate space where guests can experience the heart of Tuscan dining in a welcoming, home-like setting.
Through each of his restaurants, Chef Lenzi invites diners in Bangkok to discover the bold, rustic soul of Italian gastronomy, honoring tradition while elevating it with artistry and passion.
