After having established his reputation in the culinary scene in Bangkok, Chef Dan opened Cadence by Dan Bark and has redefined the traditional cooking style to create an exciting menu for guests from all around the world.

The design of the restaurant by design studio Paradigm Shift is elegant with cream-colored elegant curve banquettes facing the open kitchen, contemporarily styled chandeliers, and soft hues with touches of gold.

Chef Dan explores the depth and complexities of the natural flavors of ingredients and combines them with artfully crafted dishes. His unique and personal style reflected by his international experiences defined Cadence and his cuisine as Progressive American.

Experience the Cadence 14-Course Menu, inspired by Chef Dan Bark`s personal experience. The menu is driven by texture, flavor combinations, and ingredients from around the world, not limited to any particular nationality or cuisine. Chef Dan emphasizes the depth of flavor that is truly nature and combines it with different textures.

In addition of the 14-course menu, Cadence offers “The Cadence Weekend Lunch” and “Private Dining” in the Cadence dining room for 12 guests minimum.
