Sam Pang, Executive Chef
Originally from Malaysia, Chef Sam Pang has brought his own signature style to Breeze, which he honed over many years traveling and working around the world. Most recently, he led many of the Middle East’s most innovative and award-winning kitchens as Executive Chef, including Hakkasan restaurants in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Under his leadership, Hakkasan received several awards, including ‘Best Asian Restaurant’ from the BBC Good Food Awards.
His unique approach infuses authentic Asian flavors with subtle local influences, always with an emphasis on stunning artistic presentation, giving Chef Pang the opportunity to put his own ‘Sam’ spin on Asian cuisine in a way that promises to surprise and delight guests.
