Bimbo is a no-brainer Mediterranean dining concept. You don’t need to be a culinary genius to dine here. There is nothing to “get” here, we won’t bore you with clever techniques and concepts, we don’t need to show off about how we carefully sourced local or imported ingredients, we won’t boast about our chefs and our accolades – all that stuff is naturally part of the package. We are all about unpretentious great food, great drinks and great company. Don’t overthink it, we are here for good vibes only. Afterall this is not just about us, it’s all about you.

A Floor-by-Floor Journey
Each floor at Bimbo offers a distinct atmosphere and experience:

The 1st Floor (Pizza & Beer): This floor transports you to the breezy shores of Spanish islands like Formentera, Ibiza, or Mallorca. The entire space is enclosed by white walls made from sand mixed with lime, maintaining a natural texture and color without any forced perfection. This organic feel is enhanced by teak wood furniture, woven lamps, and coastal Mediterranean plants. The rear area opens up into a high-ceiling atrium, giving it an airy feel, while the innermost seats bask in natural light through a glass roof, making it a beautifully lit space both day and night.

This floor focuses primarily on pizza, created under the guidance of a master pizzaiolo from partner restaurant Leoncini in Bassano, Italy, who advised on both menu design and flour selection. Consequently, Bimbo uses 100% imported Italian flour, baked in a Moretti electric oven—from one of Italy’s oldest oven manufacturers—renowned for temperature stability, which is crucial for the dough's rise and overall flavor. For drinks, draft beer is the mainstay, though cocktails are also available upon request.

The 2nd Floor (Wine Bar): Stepping up here, the vibe shifts dramatically from the ground floor. Operating exclusively at night, the decor takes on a deeper, moodier tone featuring dark brown antique wood floors, black tiles, and woven wicker decorative items—all finished in black. It is the perfect setting to unwind with a glass of wine paired with premium cold cuts.

The 3rd Floor: This entire level is dedicated to the kitchen and restrooms.

The 4th Floor (The Main Bar): Though far from the actual coast, this floor echoes the Mediterranean aesthetics of the first floor. Combined with an open-air design that catches breezes from all directions, it easily evokes the feeling of a beach bar—especially when sipping on one of their signature, beach-inspired cocktails.

Bimbo is ready to complete your Mediterranean dining experience with a comprehensive menu, where over half of the dishes are vegetarian (indicated by a "V" next to the dish name). This reflects the true Mediterranean eating culture, which prioritizes health, well-being, and a high quality of life.
