OVERVIEW

Baan Tepa, founded by Chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam, is guided by three core pillars: Knowledge, emphasizing continuous learning about indigenous ingredients, Thai food culture, and nature; Reimagination, creatively reinterpreting traditions and ingredients to present Thai cuisine in new ways; and Regeneration, going beyond sustainability to restore the environment, support farmers, and build lasting connections with consumers.

The Historic House itself is Part of the Baan Tepa Experience, Owned by Chef Tam’s grandmother, Lady Suwaree Debhakam, a home that has been in the family for 3 generations. The historic compound has been transformed into an urban food space featuring Tepa Kitchen, Tepa Garden, and the preserved family house, blending heritage with innovation to create meaningful, sustainable culinary experiences.
