The stellar lineup brings together Phuket’s culinary trailblazers Chef Saurabh Sachdeva of Tambu, an Iron Chef Thailand winner renowned for reimagining North Indian flavours over charcoal, and Chef Tammasak Chootong (Chef Noi) of Suay, a pioneer of contemporary Thai cuisine rooted in local tradition. From Bangkok, Chef Aom Sujira Pongmorn of Khaan delivers her signature progressive Thai fine dining, while Chef Haikal Johari of the Michelin-starred Avant brings a polished, modern take on Southeast Asian flavours.
