Koh Samui, Thailand, June 10, 2025 / TRAVELINDEX / This July, the iconic Dining on the Rocks at Six Senses Samui welcomes the return of Michelin-starred Chef Deepanker Khosla (Chef DK) of Bangkok’s renowned Haoma, following a celebrated debut collaboration in 2024.
Proudly holding Michelin Green Star for sustainability since 2023 and recently awarded a Michelin Star for 2025, Haoma is a pioneer of zero-waste urban farming and eco-conscious cuisine. Chef DK’s return promises a soulful culinary journey deeply inspired by Six Senses Samui’s own Farm on the Hill. Embark on a culinary journey with his exclusive six-course menu, where the island’s seasonal treasures take center stage—each dish crafted with ingredients handpicked from our resort’s farm and thoughtfully sourced from local farmers and artisans. The experience will take place on July 3 and 5, 2025, with two intimate seatings each evening at 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm. Priced at THB 4,200++ per person, with optional wine pairing available.
